Connect Score

When it comes to CVs, everyone adopts their own approach. This usually means you’re presented with a selection of CVs, structured in a range of styles, which doesn’t make it easy to pick out the vital information you need to easily assess suitability.

As part of the pre-screening process for all applicants, we provide an individual Connect Score which focuses on the four key areas, you feel are “must-haves” from candidates looking to secure the opportunity.

We will work with you to establish these key areas, building this in to our pre-screening process and score each candidate accordingly. In addition to the CV, the Connect Score will enable the you to quickly review the strengths of the candidate pool.
