Connect & Select is our most straightforward solution, particularly suited to organisations that have one-off requirements, as a result of specific business needs.
There are two variations of this service:
This is designed for organisations that are confident managing several key stages of the hiring process themselves (Pre-Screening Candidates, Arranging/Conducting Interviews & Offer Management) but would benefit from additional resources & exposure.
We will work with you to produce an engaging and informative job brief, which in turn will be marketed to our ever-growing candidate network, who actively subscribe to updates regarding the latest opportunities available. Your opportunity will be positioned on the leading employment websites, as well as promoted across the relevant social channels.
We will agree a closing date for all applications, typically 7-14 days from instruction. You can also decide if you would like us to share EVERY APPLICANT that applies, or a shortlist of those that meet the required criteria.
